UX lunch at Central Market

January 2, 2013 from 12pm to 1:30pm
In 2013, we'll have six regular UX lunches at Central Market on North Lamar, the first Wednesdays of January, March, May, July, September, and November.  Bring lunch money for the cafe, and look for the IxDA signs, probably pointing upstairs or outside.  Come just before noon if you can, but we'll be there til around 1:30pm.See More

What should IxDA become, do, change, evaluate, or otherwise consider?

That's the question someone asked on Quora earlier today, and here's my (perhaps predictable) response.  What do you think?  (Post your comments on Quora, keep the discussion in one place.)

AustinUX.org calendar

Did you know there was a design-related event in Austin every other day in October? Not everything gets put on the IxDA calendar, so last month I relaunched AustinUX.org as a cross-group calendar for all sorts of design-related events:

There are no calendar or RSS feeds yet (I'm currently updating it by hand), so checking back frequently is recommended. There's something going on 2-3 times a week!
