Responsibilities:

• Turn high level web project requirements into workflows, wireframes, and comps
• Effectively share designs with project stakeholders
• Thoughtfully incorporate stakeholder feedback into design revisions
• Review existing and newly implemented web site interfaces and give detailed, constructive feedback
• Address usability issues in products quickly – design solutions in minutes and hours, not days and weeks
• Provide production art necessary to implement your designs

Qualifications:

• 3+ years professional experience designing web interfaces and the portfolio to prove it
• Comfortable working in Photoshop
• Ability to quickly mock up website UIs
• Knowledge of current web trends and technology
• Thorough understanding of web usability standards and designing for a worldwide, multi-cultural audienc
• Highly creative thinker who can collaborate with peers and stakeholders to create great user experiences

Desired:

• Experience with Axure, Illustrator, Visio, Dreamweaver,  Omnigraffle
• HTML/CSS experience
• Experience informally testing UI designs and software for good usability
• Strong visual design aesthetic and ability
• Iconography skills
• A “no project too big or small” attitude
• Experience working in a fast-paced start-up/high-growth environment where every individual makes a difference
• Detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills and the ability to successfully multi-task and manage several initiatives at one time
• An eye for pixel-perfection in all things design related 
• Energetic team player, who brings creativity to the table, but thrives in a collaborative environment where many people contribute to the overall success of projects 
• Ability to incorporate constructive criticism into finished products, as well as to take high-level direction
• Established track record of consistent delivery and meeting or exceeding deadlines
