Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced web producer/information architect to join our team. This person will be responsible for translating regional business needs and marketing strategy into web experiences through persuasive architecture and content strategy. The Web Producer will be required to use a customer-focused design approach balancing the target audience’s needs with the company’s goals by developing a defined strategy for content, structure, and usability.

To accomplish this, this person will partner with a wide variety of business owners, developers, designers and other user experience counterparts, working on initiatives to continually improve our ability to market, sell and service products. The producer will lead and manage the full lifecycle development and implementation of on-line marketing campaigns, content and customer experience optimization projects, including such things as page creation, search engine optimization and analysis. The position will contribute to the development of on-line strategic direction and focus on continuously improving the website through innovation, creating new ideas/pages/modules that meet business goals, solving usability issues and keeping abreast of developing technologies.
Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to Web, communication, or marketing
• 3-5 years of marketing experience required, Web related experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and highly detail-oriented is a must.
• Proven success in a team based environment. Web analytics, web content management software, and usability experience is a plus.
