Event Description

As services become more interconnected across channels, devices, time, and space, mapping the human experience helps to ensure that every occasion where your organization touches or connects with a person’s life is appropriate, relevant, meaningful, and endearing.

In this lecture, you'll learn:

- a framework for creating experience maps that orchestrate touchpoints and their channels

- activities that feed the map so that it tells a tangible story

- the key elements of a useful and actionable map

- how to define the characteristics of your mapped touchpoints

EXCELLENT lecture.  Time well spent, and then some.  Thanks to all the friendly folks who made my first IxDA outing (and the drive up from San Antonio) so worthwhile. I will be back!
